History
The AKS name is distinguished in Greece for its four resort hotels; two in the Peloponnese and two on Crete. In 1998, the company purchased the AKS Porto Heli Hotel, followed by the AKS Minoa Palace at Irakleio, Crete, in 1999; the AKS Hinitsa Bay, Porto Heli, in 2000; and the Annabelle Village Hotel, Hersonissos, Crete, in 2001. The Porto Heli Conference Centre, across the AKS Porto Heli Hotel, was inaugurated in 2006.
